HOT TECH TIP
Hey members of The Santosha Movement Society,
I'm writing with a few tips for your best user experience! And, for anyone NOT a member, this is just an overall awesome tech tip you can use for many other reasons!
For those of you in 1:1 sessions, I have a few tips for accessing your recap notes easily so you don't lose track of the link to your google doc. You can bookmark the page on your browser once you open it, but it's been more popular for my students to 'save it to their homescreen' on their phone. It then appears like an app and you can easily open it to read through your notes and click through to your suggested videos! Here is a quick step by step of how to do that on an iphone and an android:
For iPhone
Open your recap notes link in Safari.
Tap the share button (up arrow within a square) in the toolbar (at the bottom).
Scroll through the share sheet and tap "Add to Home Screen." If you don't see this option, it can be added from the "Edit Actions" option at the bottom of the share sheet.
Next, you can edit the name for the home screen shortcut and tap "Add."
The website shortcut will be added to your home screen! You can move it around and put it in folders just like an app icon, but it won't appear in the App Library.

For Android:
Open your recap notes link in Chrome
Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen.
Choose a name for the website shortcut, then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
Let me know if you need help doing this! I am happy to walk you through it.
