2023 Santosha Day Retreat at Eagles Nest Reserve
Join Mandee for the Annual Santosha Day Retreat! We will come together as a community to get away from the bustle of everyday life to pause, reflect, and take time for ourselves. We will practice Pilates, Yoga, Floral Healing Meditation and more practices to bring our nervous systems into better balance.
Eagles Nest Reserve is a unique gem sitting on a south facing slope above the Swiss homestead farms and community church of Helvetia. Set amid the rolling pastoral hills of the Tualatin Hills AVA, the Reserve is a diverse and beautiful landscape of wetlands, fields of grazing alpacas, vineyards, and easement protected forest sanctuaries laced with miles of lanes and trails. Stewardship of Place is high priority to the owners, and the entire 160 acres are sustainably managed on deep basalt and windblown loess soils without herbicides.
