Zoom Is The New Studio
Dear Lovely Ones!
But seriously, this NYT comic spoke to me. We are all undoubtedly going through our own tribulations and stress at this time. My hope is that virtual classes are something to look forward to and provide a pause in your day to focus on yourself. It has been quite the transition for me to transfer my classes online and I am so grateful for the opportunity. I've taught roughly 40 virtual classes since the start of this pandemic! If you haven't joined me yet, it's not too late! It's easy to sign up on my website for a single class or a package of five. Nervous about using Zoom? I'm happy to personally walk you through how to use it. Just respond to this email and ask for help!
I am seeking connection with you via this newsletter. Tell me, how are you holding up? What kinds of things are keeping you going during this time? One of the things I miss the most about in-studio classes are the casual greetings and impromptu conversations before and after class. I also miss the one-off comments during class, the stories that sometime come up, the jokes and the eye contact. Virtual classes have been AMAZING and I am so, so thankful to see your faces on screen 5 days a week (including Sundays!).
I would love to hear from you. Please respond and let me know how you’re doing! I really miss you and I think about each of you.
With love and FAITH!
