LOOKING AHEAD AND ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT THE FUTURE

Dear Members,

Many of you have been wondering my plans for when our second baby is born in early February. The truth is, I have been thinking about how I'll support you during my time off for many months now! While we still have several months together until then, since you've been wondering, here is the plan for next year's maternity leave.

I've been hard at work creating resources for you ahead of time that can be used during my time away, as well as have found the perfect substitute Instructor for a few of my weekly online classes. I believe consistency is important and that you will all be better off if you continue with Pilates while I am enjoying the baby snuggles!

Here’s the plan for your consistency during my maternity leave, February-April!

  • Take online classes with the incredible Megan Quinn. She will be covering Monday Therapeutic Pilates at 9amPST as well as Sundays Online Reformer at 8:30amPST.

  • The monthly highlighted videos will continue to be released as usual, and I'll still be holding the free Chit Chat on the Mat monthly.

  • The RESET course- a new course I built especially for YOU. This lays out the foundations of movement in an ideal order, and gives you a playlist view of moving through the videos. Many of you have learned these with me and it would be a wonderful practice for you to revisit. If you haven't done sessions in more than a year, you likely have not experienced these specific foundations/resets, and if you have, you may have seen them sprinkled in randomly. This course takes you through a seamless playlist of videos to do on your own time for a holistic approach to resetting your body over time. More info coming next month!

  • 1:1 sessions won’t be able to be booked from Feb 1-approx May 1st. If you usually do regular 1:1 sessions, please take the Monday online class with Megan, participate in the RESET course to stay consistent, or make a plan to do videos from the library on a regular basis. Feel free to schedule a private session between now and Feb 1st so I can choose some specific videos to get you started that will apply to your individual body.

  • There are a limited number of private sessions available with another instructor in my studio during my time away so if you prefer to stick with those, please respond and we will get it planned!

  • I’ll send an email a few weeks before I’m back, so you can have first dibs at booking sessions!

The months I plan to be away from classes and sessions are February, March and April. I believe learning from another Instructor can be hugely beneficial to your progress and growth as a student, especially someone as talented and empathetic as Megan! Each Instructor uses different wording, cues, explanations and has a slightly different eye to bring to the table. I'm excited for you to grow in this way while I am away as well as continue to support my business while I am on maternity leave. Any participation you have is not only keeping you consistent with the work you've already put in, but also directing positively impacting my family and we are so grateful! THANK YOU for supporting my business even when I step away for this short period in my families life.

You have me fully from now until Feb 1! Book your 1:1 sessions below, rest assured the bookings system will not let you book when I will be out and I will extend any 1:1 sessions on your account.
