Have you hit the virtual wall?
Let's change that,
with a breath of fresh air!
Parks are open and I say we enjoy them social distance style with a fun workout! The Ellové Technique is a non-impact, all levels class that uses light hand weights set to fun music. We will use principles of Pilates, Yoga, dance and fitness and you’ll leave feeling aligned and centered.
I'm hosting a pop-up class at Pioneer Park near the Nike campus! I have taught outdoors a few times in the last few weeks and it's been so enjoyable to workout together safely in the fresh air. I require that all mats be at a minimum six feet apart if not more. I will provide wipes. Please bring your own mat and light weights if you have them. I also have weights you can borrow.

Announcing: Fascia Workshop!
Virtual Fascia Workshop Registration Open
Have you wondered what the fuss about fascia is all about? Take my virtual workshop on June 18th. Fascia hydration feels amazing and is so good for us. Fascia is connective tissue all over our body. Imagine it as gooey fluid mixed with fibers of collagen. It is a strong and fibrous network that is continually being broken down and built back-up. We hold stress in our fascia and by relieving some of the stuck stress, we can release tension and feel more relaxed, spacious and open. If you've felt tension and stress in your body during the pandemic, this class is for you. If you've been missing your regular massage, this class will leave you feeling like you've just returned from the spa. I have found fascia hydration to be my saving grace during this time of stress. You will essentially be giving yourself a massage with these techniques. Self-care!

This class is open to all levels and requires a mini stability ball. Some of the magic of the fascia release is facilitated by this partially squishy ball. If you do not have one, you can purchase the small 7.5 inch one from the affiliate link on my website here*. If you have the medium (10 inch) or large size ball (12 inch) that will work fine! After learning these techniques you will be happy to have the ball at home so you can repeat the hydration routine again and again.
